Payments

At AdoraBuddy, we strive to provide transparent and flexible payment options to our clients. Our payment policy is as follows:

  1. Project Related Payments: For projects undertaken by AdoraBuddy, we require payment for expenses directly related to the project, such as domain purchase and hosting fees, before initiating work. These payments are typically non-refundable and cover third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.

  2. Service Charges: Our service charges for IT services, including but not limited to web development, AI development, and UI/UX design, are invoiced upon completion of the project or as agreed upon in the project contract. We do not require upfront payment for our service charges and only invoice clients for our services after the work is completed to their satisfaction.

  3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods. Details regarding payment methods will be provided upon project agreement.

Refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Project Related Expenses: Payments made for project-related expenses, such as domain purchase and hosting fees, are typically non-refundable once the services have been initiated. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AdoraBuddy.

  2. Service Charges: As our service charges are invoiced upon completion of the project, refunds for service charges are not applicable once the work has been completed and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.

  3. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to email [email protected]. Each request will be reviewed individually, and decisions regarding refunds will be made based on the specific circumstances of the project.

  4. Third-Party Services: Refunds for third-party services, such as domain registration and hosting fees, are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers. AdoraBuddy will facilitate refund requests on behalf of the client according to the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider.
